You may return your unworn and clean item(s) within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund to original form of payment or Palouse Outfitter store credit.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 45 days of the purchase date for a different size of the unworn purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse. Shipping is always free for exchanges. The new size item will be mailed out to you generally within 5-7 business daysafter we receive your return.

We can only process exchanges for the same product in a different size. We cannot process exchanges for the same product in a different color, or for an entirely different product. If you would like a different color or product, we are happy to help you place a new order via phone or email and provide you with free standard shipping on your repurchase order (US only). You will be charged for the new product when it ships. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days.*

*IMPORTANT NOTE: During peak times such as sales and holidays, returns and exchanges may take longer than normal to process and may be delayed up to 15 business days.

 

Final Sale

Palouse Outfitter Outlet items, Gift Cards, and E-Gift Cards are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Making a Return (US Orders)

Start your return by heading sending us an email

  • Enter your order number, name, and email address.
  • Provide the items you wish to return and provide the return reason and any comments.
  • Provide your preferred Refund Method: Original form of payment or a Palouse Outfitters Gift Card.
  • Review your return details and email us your information

We will send you a return label. Print your return label and your return packing slip from the links sent to your email after receiving confirmation.

Package up your return (if possible, use the original packaging), and be sure to include the reutrn packing slip inside the package so we can identify your package. Attach the label to the outside of your package.

Ship your return by dropping it off at any UPS location.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to the chosen refund method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days* from the day we receive your package.
